Kudos is the famous Greek name for the new EN B glider from Sky Paragliders. It impresses at first sight with its clean shape of the new designed platform, giving the canopy a sharp profile. Of course the new colors are just a beauty! Modern design technologies result in a clean surface, good material quality and well built, slim risers on three line levels and a smooth effective speed system make this glider very enjoyable for a wide range of pilots. I flew the glider in strong wind conditions with spring thermals, it always gave me a good and safe feeling, with its very good speed I was always moving forward easily. On speedbar it is solid and feels comfortable, so just feel free to use it! The turn behavior in thermals are impressive and just nice, as always usual with Sky gliders! But even in the cores and the windy conditions it reacts great and reliable, listening directly to break input. Glide against the wind is really good and the Kudos floats well with high speed through the turbulence.

Our first impression from flying Φ SYMPHONIA..
Enjoying the spring thermals at Mount Olympus Greece!
After a nice flight in thermal conditions up to 5 m/s here is our feedback.

The easy take-off behavior is a great start for a beautiful flight.

The feedback on all moving air masses is direct and informative, without the glider reacting a lot on turbulence input.
Symphonia shows the pilots any lift and where to go for it, rising immediately in the thermal. It turns great, fast without the outside brake and lots of weight shifting, with very little turn sink or if you prefer also slow and flat. The Symphonia just does not want to leave the thermal core. Thermals today were weak and smooth at first 0,5 m/s and then developing to 5 m/s – the glider made all of them enjoyable without any collapses or rocking about.

Brake pressure is smooth in the beginning and hardening soon, then reacting very direct, strong and immediate, so the glider just listens and goes where you direct.
This break and turn handling make the Symphonia a big fun machine!

On glide and against the wind it floats very well without loosing height, easy going speedsystem which is comfortable, usable all through the …read more
